A contemporary centre of town duplex for those looking to enjoy the town, explore the South Coast and Exeter.

For up to 6 People

About the Accommodation

No.6 is a contemporary centre of town duplex. The generous proportions of all the rooms provide a fabulous environment and plenty of room for a family or two couples keen to explore the South Coast and Exeter.

The main reception room has a seating area for chilling in front of the tv. A dining table next to the galley kitchen provides space to spread out the papers on a lazy weekend morning or to set up a fiercely competitive board game or cards.

Wooden flooring in all the shared areas gives a contemporary feel whilst new carpets in the bedrooms a cosy, feeling of comfort.

The bedroom on the main floor has a travel cot if needed and the suite of bedroom and bathroom upstairs allows for some privacy and relaxation away from the main living area.

The basket of beach accessories should help you avoid last minute panics about buckets and spades. Please feel free to enjoy the books - use the fiction selection as a book drop and swap.
