We manage 2 fantastic properties in Teignmouth. We work exceptionally hard to ensure that everyone who stays with us has memorable time and an incredible experience. 

Having lived in Teignmouth since childhood, we are proud of our properties, our town and the local area. 

Information

The house has been professionally cleaned by our Housekeeping Team. If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the property please do not hesitate to contact us at Time and Tide Holidays. It is important to us that your stay is enjoyable and the property is presented to a high standard. We would be very appreciative if you could remove your shoes when entering the properties

Rules

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PROCESS

Check in time: not before 4PM. Please give me a call 15 mins prior to arriving and I will meet you at the property.

Check out time: by 10AM please 

At check out, we would be exceptionally grateful if you would:

  • Place all used towels and bed linen in the bathrooms
  • Turn off all lights
  • Close all windows and doors
  • Remove all rubbish
  • Leave the key in the keysafe
